Under Department of Labor Regulations (29 CFR Part 471) federal contractors and subcontractors are required to inform employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act. The Department of Labor provides notices of employee rights under federal labor law in English, Arabic, Burmese, Cantonese, French, Haitian Creole, Hmong, Korean, Laotian, Mandarin Chinese, Somali, Spanish, Swahili, Vietnamese, and Zomi.
