The Curves three-phase approach to weight loss will help build healthy eating and exercise habits, not just until you’ve lost the weight, but for life. Your Curves Coach will be there, in-club or online, to help hold you accountable to the goals you set. The Curves Nutrition Program is customizable to fit a variety of specialized dietary needs including vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free swaps. You can easily adapt our recipes by using the extensive Food Values List to exchange animal proteins or allergens.
The Curves Nutrition Program offers delicious and nutritious recipes your whole family can enjoy. Each recipe is written for one serving, so you can easily multiply it to suit the number in your family or household. So, if you have a family of four, you can simply multiply the ingredients by four to get the number of servings you need. Keep in mind that for recipes in Phase 1 and 2, which involve more intense calorie counting, you might want to add an additional side dish for others in your household not following the weight loss part of the Nutrition Program.
